Payment methods and Alternatives for Subscription Plans
When it comes to making purchases, it's nice to have different payment options that suit your needs. We offer two main payment options including:
- Credit card or online debit card.
Once you choose the best pricing plan for you, the checkout page will prompt you to pay with your credit card.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also use your debit card if it's enabled for online purchases.
If you prefer to pay by PayPal, proceed to enter your information, and the yellow PayPal button will pop up.
If you are unable to pay by credit card or PayPal, you may want to consider these alternative payment options:
- Get a virtual credit card.
- Use a prepaid credit card.
- Ask someone to buy it for you, and then you can pay them back in whatever fashion you agree on, like cash or a bank deposit.
Can I pay by wire transfer?
Please note that we do not accept wire transfer payments under any circumstance.
Can I get an invoice for my company since they'll pay for it?
If your company wants to pay for the subscription, kindly purchase the subscription yourself or by using a company credit card. We are happy to create an invoice post-purchase with all the information you need to be reimbursed.

What if my payment is not going through?
One of the many reasons we see payments declined is that the credit card used is not set up for international transactions. It is recommended to ask your bank to enable international purchases.
It could also be due to a credit card limit. Please ensure your card limit in your currency equals the subscription price in USD. Some banks may charge transaction fees and conversion rates, so it's best to leave space on your card for these charges as well.
Since January, credit card holders in India have been required to complete an additional authentification step upon purchasing our subscriptions. Please complete the authentification step for your payment to go through.
