Administrator Account Features

To train your workforce effectively, you will need to have control over the content that students are exposed to and the ability to monitor progress and manage personnel changes and track progress. The CFI™ Business Dashboard has been developed with all of this functionality in mind. It offers our clients key insights into the process of training their employees and the ability to make changes when needed. 

As an administrator, you will have full control over your students and the program content they must complete. This gives training managers within your organization all of the tools they will need to effectively manage employees' training needs when it comes to CFI™ content. 

My Dashboard

At CFI™, we are dedicated to providing the best educational experience for our students. A key part of this is ensuring that managers using the CFI for Business platform have all the tools they need to best facilitate training for their employees. We accomplish this partially through the flexibility and customization that we offer with our programs. Still, another important feature that we offer is managers' ability to see the progress of their employees in real-time. 
The main dashboard area will give administrators/managers a clear overview of their students' hours through their CFI™ training with several graphics to make the student data more digestible. 
You will find a quick overview of your designated groups, managers, and students at the bottom of the page. However, deeper analysis for each of these categories can be found by navigating to the People tab.

Account Overview 

This area contains basic transactional information about your account access, including the start date, the renewal date for your current license purchase, and the status of all licenses that have been purchased. 
If you need to make any changes regarding the licenses that are currently assigned to your account, we would kindly ask that you reach out to your designated Account Executive directly or reach our support team using the contact information at the bottom of the screen in this section.  

Managing People

Under the People tab on the dashboard, you will see a brief overview of student progress, but this is also the area where you can make personnel changes within your organization. In this area, you will find separate sections for controlling student enrolments, manager assignments, and the creation of distinct groups.

Another key function that administrators have on the CFI™ for Business administrator dashboard is creating and customizing learning paths to suit the unique needs of your organization. This also allows the ability to break your team down into groups and make specific course/program assignments based on training requirements or function within the team.
