What is Vertical IQ?

How do I access Vertical IQ?

CBCA Full Immersion students can sign up to Vertical IQ through the integrations section of the student dashboard.

Do I have full or limited access to Vertical IQ?

As a CFI student, you will have full access to all the features and functionality the Vertical IQ platform has to offer!

Vertical IQ also offers a General Site Orientation Training and is typically available on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 3:00 p.m. EST. These sessions are free for any registered user, and you can sign up for an upcoming session HERE.

How do I get support for questions or request a new industry profile?

All platform-related questions must be directed to Vertical IQ. 

There is an orange, Feedback & Support button located at the bottom right of every Vertical IQ page. This is the best way to submit questions and research requests. If your request is urgent, please note that in the subject line. 

What should I do if I'm having trouble logging in?

Access issues can often be resolved by resetting your password. Please try to reset your password here.
