Managing Billing Details

You can conveniently manage your billing preferences from your dashboard. This guide will walk you through the following:

Accessing Your Billing Details

To locate your billing information:

  • Log in to your CFI dashboard.
  • Navigate to My Account > Profile > Billing.

Under "Manage Subscription," you'll see:

  • The type of CFI subscription you have.
  • Your renewal date.
  • The card that will be billed on your renewal date.
  • The option to change your payment method
  • The option to cancel future renewals
    • Canceling your subscription from this page will terminate your access on your renewal date. Until that date passes, you'll still have access to CFI's paid content.

Managing/Reviewing Credit Card Details

In the "Credit Card" section, you can review and modify the card(s) tied to your CFI subscription, including:

  • Card Name
  • Card Expiration Date
  • The card labeled "default" will be billed on your renewal date.

To add a new card, click the add card button and enter the required information.

  • To make this card your default payment method, click the vertical ellipsis and select "make default."

To delete a card, click the vertical ellipsis and select "delete card." If you delete the default payment method from your profile, your account will be canceled on your renewal date.

Receipts

In the "Receipts" section, you can view, download, and edit your receipts. You'll see:

  • The name of the product you've purchased
  • The purchase date
  • Payment status
  • Total amount paid
  • The option to view the full receipt

To download your receipt, click "View," then click the orange "Download" button.

You can add an address to your receipt by clicking "Add Billing Address."

If you need information like VAT ID or Tax Number added to your receipt, email us at [email protected], and we make those additions on your behalf.
