Overview of Changes
Effective February 27, 2026, the DCF Valuation Modeling course will be divided into two separate, streamlined courses:
- DCF Valuation Modeling Fundamentals:
- Applied DCF Valuation Modeling
Affected Programs
The following programs will be impacted by this change:
- FMVA
- Investment Banking & Private Equity Specialization
- Investment Banking Analyst (M&A Advisory)
- Equity Research Associate
- Equity Sales (Sell Side)
- Equity Analyst (Buy Side)
Impact on Learners
Learners working toward completion of any of the programs listed above should complete the full program before February 27, 2026, to avoid any impact on program progress.
If an affected program is not completed by February 27, 2026, learners will need to complete the new split courses (Fundamentals and Applied) to fulfill the program requirements.
