Exam Accommodation Policy

CFI is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible learning experience. We offer exam accommodations for learners with documented disabilities or special needs to ensure equal access and a fair assessment environment. Accommodations are provided on an individual basis.  This includes accommodation requests relating to the Proctored Examinations and applicable proctoring requirements.

Learners who require accommodations must submit a request in advance so arrangements can be made prior to the exam date. All information shared is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy standards.

Requesting an Exam Accommodation

When you're ready to take the final exam, please contact Customer Support ([email protected]) with the necessary documentation. Our team will review your request and, where an accommodation is approved, provide appropriate examination arrangements based on your individual circumstances.
