🗓️ Changes Effective July 26, 2026

Overview

Effective July 26, 2026, Origination Fundamentals - Debt Capital Markets Perspective will be removed from the IB & PE Modeling Specialization curriculum.

Who is affected

Currently enrolled learners

If you are already working toward the IB & PE Specialization certificate, you have until July 26, 2026, to complete the specialization under the current curriculum. After that date, Origination Fundamentals - Debt Capital Markets Perspective will no longer be available in the IB & PE Specialization curriculum.

Why was this change made?

To keep this specialization tightly focused on the financial modeling skills that matter most in IB and PE roles, we're removing Origination Fundamentals – Debt Capital Markets Perspective. Learners interested in DCM concepts can still access that course separately through CFI's full course library.
