Managing Your Billing Information
You can conveniently manage your billing preferences from your dashboard. This guide will walk you through the following:
- Accessing Your Billing Details
- Managing/Reviewing Credit Card Information
- Retrieving, Downloading, and Modifying Receipts

Accessing Your Billing Details
To locate your billing information:
- Log in to your CFI dashboard.
- Navigate to My Account > Profile > Billing.
Under "Manage Subscription," you'll see:
- The type of CFI subscription you have.
- Your renewal date.
- The card that will be billed on your renewal date.
- The option to change your payment method
The option to cancel future renewals
- Canceling future renewals from your dashboard will end your access to CFI's paid content at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Please note our subscriptions periods are calculated down to the minute, meaning if you purchase on July 30, 2024 at 10:01pm, your subscription will expire on July 30, 2025 at 10:01pm.
Managing/Reviewing Credit Card Details
In the "Credit Card" section, you can review and modify the card(s) tied to your CFI subscription, including:
- Card Name
- Card Expiration Date
- The card labeled "default" will be billed on your renewal date.
To add a new card, click the add card button and enter the required information.
- To make this card your default payment method, click the vertical ellipsis and select "make default."
To delete a card*, click the vertical ellipsis and select "delete card." You cannot delete a credit card that is tied to an active subscription—you must click "Cancel renewal" before the card can be deleted.
*Please note it may take up to 30 days for credit card information to be fully deleted from our systems.
Receipts
In the "Receipts" section, you can view, download, and edit your receipts. You'll see:
- The name of the product you've purchased
- The purchase date
- Payment status
- Total amount paid
- The option to view the full receipt
To download your receipt, click "View," then click the orange "Download" button.
You can add an address to your receipt by clicking "Add Billing Address."
