Subscription Management Features
We've made it convenient for you to manage your subscriptions and billing directly from your dashboard. Below, we'll list what you can manage and how to make changes.
You can access your billing by going to My Account > Profile > Settings > Billing.
Under the "Manage Subscriptions" section, you can see the subscription you currently have, the renewal date, and which card will be used for the renewal.
From here, you can also cancel your subscription. Just click "Cancel renewal" and follow the prompts. By canceling, you will still have access to your current subscription until the end of the billing cycle.
Next, in the credit cards section, you can see all the credit cards you have on file and which card is attached to your current subscription.
You can delete cards that are not attached to an active subscription by clicking the three dots and selecting "delete card."
You can also add new cards and link them to upcoming subscription renewals.
Lastly, you can view, download, and edit your receipt in this section.
To view and download your receipt, click "View." You can then save it as a PDF file for your records by clicking the orange 'Download' button.
By default, your receipt will only include your email on it. If you need to submit your receipt to employers or for tax reasons, you can add your address by editing the receipt. Just click 'add billing address'.
If you also need information like a VAT ID or Tax Number, you can email us a copy of your receipt with the added information needed at [email protected] and we'll be happy to edit it for you and send it back!
