Managing Your CFI for Teams Subscription
If you purchased your CFI for Teams subscription through our website using a credit card, there are several subscription management options available to you through your administrator dashboard. This guide will walk you through how to use the "Subscription" tab.
Locating the Subscription Tab
How do I manage my subscription?
To access subscription management options, log in to your administrator dashboard and select the "Subscriptions" tab on the left-hand navigation menu.
From the subscriptions tab, you can review:
- Total number of licenses
- Subscription start date
- How many licenses are assigned
- How many invitations are pending or unaccepted
- How many licenses are available to be assigned
To make changes to your subscription, renew early, cancel your renewal, edit your payment method, or update your billing information, click "Manage Subscription."
CFI for Teams accounts purchased through our website will auto-renew annually to prevent any interruptions in service. To prevent auto-renewal, you will need to cancel before your renewal date.

How do I update my billing information? How do I cancel my renewal?
The Manage Subscription tab will allow you to:
- Review and update your billing information
- Renew your subscription early
- Update the credit card on file
- Cancel your subscription renewal
Clicking cancel subscription will prevent future auto-renewals. Your team's access to CFI's paid content will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. This will not issue a refund for your existing subscription.
Manage subscription functions are only available to the original purchaser of the account. If you need to change your primary billing contact, please contact [email protected].
Purchasing Additional Licenses
How do I buy more licenses?
Adding licenses can be accomplished by clicking either Manage Subscription or by selecting "Purchase Additional Licenses" from the Subscriptions tab. The cost of licenses purchased mid-subscription will be prorated to align with your team's next renewal date.
New licenses will be available immediately after payment is complete. To assign them to your new learners, navigate to the People tab. Click here for more information on inviting new learners.
