CFI's Ask an Expert Feature

Ask an Expert is exclusive to Full-Immersion and CFI for Teams learners.

Ask an Expert allows you to submit up to five inquiries weekly, limited to financial questions. Please submit general site questions or issues using the orange 🔍 Help button at the bottom right of your dashboard or email [email protected].


How do I submit a content-related question?

  1. On the left-hand navigation bar:
    1. Full-Immersion Learners ➡️ Full-Immersion Tools
    2. CFI for Teams Learners ➡️ Premium Tools
  2. Select Ask an Expert
  3. Enter the information below and click Submit Question.

  • Lesson Content [Required]
  • Video Timestamp [Optional]
  • Question [Required]
  • Upload a screenshot or file [Optional]

We ask that you provide as much detail as possible in your initial inquiry to maximize the use of each of your five weekly questions.



Self-Study Content-Related Support Options

Please note: Ask an Expert is not included in the self-study subscription.

Self-Study subscriptions may be upgraded to Full-Immersion at any time! Contact our Support team via email at [email protected] for assistance upgrading your subscription.

What if I have a content-related question, but I don't have a Full-Immersion subscription?

Self-study learners looking for additional content-related support may be interested in exploring our:
