Requirements to Apply

The FMVA® BootCamp is open to professionals and learners of every experience level. You don't need any prior knowledge, as the course content will start with fundamental concepts and work toward more complex subjects.

Requirement 1: Purchase a membership

To participate in an FMVA® BootCamp, you must have an active CFI subscription. Click here to review and select the plan that best suits your needs!

Both paid plans allow access to the Bootcamp. There are no extra costs to join and finish the BootCamp.

Please note that legacy offerings, such as lifetime access and two-year plans, are not eligible. You will need to buy an annual membership, as mentioned above.

If you already have one of the memberships above, it should remain active while you are in the BootCamp. If it expires, you will no longer be able to participate and will have to renew your subscription to continue.

Requirement 2: Time Contribution

Participants are expected to dedicate approximately 5-10 hours per week to the BootCamp, which includes studying course materials, completing exercises and assessments, and participating in live sessions and discussions. If you cannot attend a live session, don't worry, as all sessions will be recorded and made available to you.

If you can't finish the BootCamp within the specified duration, you'll be transitioned back to the regular self-paced FMVA® training, retaining access to FMVA® course materials but losing access to BootCamp-exclusive resources.

Requirement 3: Incomplete FMVA® Program

To register for the BootCamp, you must not yet hold an FMVA® certificate. You are welcome to join the BootCamp if you have a partially completed FMVA® program or no progress at all.

Requirement 4: Technology Requirements

To fully participate in the BootCamp, there are some technical requirements. Learners should have access to a computer (PC and/or Mac) and Microsoft Suite (2016 or newer). Additionally, a reliable and stable internet connection is essential to ensure uninterrupted learning.

We kindly ask that you ensure your access to these essential tools and platforms well in advance of the BootCamp's start date. This proactive step will help ensure a seamless and enriching experience throughout the program.
