Managing Auto-Renewal

To prevent any interruptions in our students' learning journeys, CFI's subscriptions auto-renew on an annual basis. Auto-renewal can be enabled or disabled at any time from the billing settings page of your profile.

Turning Off Auto-Renewal

How to I cancel the auto-renewal of my subscription?

1. Log in to your CFI Dashboard. Click here to log in.
2. Click "My Account" at the top-right of the screen and select "Profile."

3. Click Settings at the top right of your profile.

4. Select Billing. To prevent your subscription from being auto-renewed at the end of your billing cycle, click "Cancel Renewal."

This will open a new page; scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription. Complete the Cancelation Survey, then you'll be returned to your dashboard.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. When it ends, your plan will revert to our free tier.


Turning On Auto-Renew

How do I make sure my subscription renews?

1. Log in to your CFI Dashboard. Click here to log in.
2. Click "My Account" at the top-right of the screen and select "Profile."

3. Click Settings at the top right of your profile.

4. Select Billing. To ensure your subscription does not lapse at the end of your billing cycle, click "reactivate."

A pop-up dialogue box will appear, click yes to confirm.

Your subscription will now automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle.


Discount Coupons & Auto-Renewal

If you used a coupon to apply a discount at the time of your initial purchase, that coupon/discount will automatically be applied when your subscription auto-renews. If you turn off auto-renew and your subscription lapses, future purchases/renewals will be subject to current pricing. We highly recommend making sure auto-renew stays enabled, and that your payment method is kept up-to-date to avoid any lapses.
