Click the "My Account" dropdown list at the top right of your screen, then click "Profile." | |

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my account and history be restored once deleted?
- No account information and historical progress are not recoverable after your account has been deleted.
Will I receive a refund if I delete my account mid-subscription?
- No, CFI subscriptions are non-refundable. Deleting your account will not issue a refund.
Does deleting my account affect the validity of my certificates?
- No. Any certificate earned through Accredible will remain accessible in the Accredible platform. You will not, however, be able to access your certificates via the CFI platform if you delete your account.
Can I keep my certificates after deleting my account?
- Yes. We recommend bookmarking links to Accredible to any certificates you want to save, or downloading copies to your device before deleting your account.
